Take the opportunity to create a project to encourage civic engagement or develop the economy in your area. Think about the problem you want to focus on, how you propose to solve it, and how much time and resources you need for it. Then follow the guidelines we have provided in the application form, create a budget structure and submit your application before the deadline. The United States Embassy awards grants ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 to small or large ideas that will lead to the most effective and realistic improvements in your community.
The partner of the BOLD program is the Association for the Affirmation of Culture ASK, which will distribute the funds to the winners who have filled out the application according to our guidelines. So read them carefully! The instructions are long, but should help you write a great project proposal. And we will choose the best ideas. The mentor will then work with the grantees to further improve the project plan and ensure it has the best possible chance of success.
